When it was reported that Paul McCartney would be performing at the Grammys with a "special guest star," some wondered if that star would be, perhaps, Stevie Wonder, or maybe even Julian Lennon, or how about Paul's former bandmate Ringo Starr? Well, quite an amazing thing happened Sunday night, when Sir Paul performed "Queenie Eye," a song from his “New” album (shortly after his tune "Cut My Some Slack" beat out heavyweights Black Sabbath to win the Grammy for Best Rock Song) with, yes, Ringo, on, yes, the drums.
Earlier in the evening, Ringo performed on his own, singing “Photograph,” the hit he wrote with Beatle guitarist George Harrison.
