A Florida man allegedly posed as an Orlando police officer to get a free meal at IHOP early Friday morning and then flashed his buttocks at a server when the ruse didn’t work.

Matt Skytta, 55, entered the IHOP around 1 a.m. Friday and allegedly told a server who asked if he had money, “No, but I am a cop, and I get food for free,” according to a police report of the incident obtained by the Orlando Sentinel. Skytta then flashed an Orlando Police Department insignia patch from his wallet. Skytta was reportedly asked about having cash before ordering because the IHOP manager recognized him as not having money to pay for his meals.

When the server told him that police officers pay for their food and asked him to leave, Skytta responded, “I’m not going anywhere until you feed me.”

The 55-year-old then allegedly threatened to beat up the IHOP server and shouted, “Hey buddy!” before dropping his pants and exposing his buttocks to the IHOP employee, according to the Sentinel.

Skytta then allegedly caused a scene when police responded to arrest him, saying, “I’m a Green Beret! If I die, Obama dies!”

The Sentinel said Skytta then bragged about knowing the Orlando police chief and said his “retired brothers will help me out.”

The 55-year-old Florida man is facing charges of impersonating a law enforcement officer, trespassing and disorderly conduct, according to the Sentinel.

A Florida man was arrested after he allegedly masturbated on an Amtrak train and walked to the bathroom in the view of a 3-year-old child in Volusia County.

Daniel Michael, 33, of Marathon, Fla., denied the allegations to authorities, telling the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office that his blanket was moving up and down because his stomach was itchy. He then said he “might have accidentally ejaculated on the bathroom floor,” WFTV reported.

Michael was arrested on charges of lewd or lascivious exhibition, according to the station.

A passenger who spoke with authorities who arrived on the scene in Deland, Fla., said Michael was still exposed and walked to the bathroom to continue masturbating in view of a child, the Sun-Sentinel reported.

"When deputies got to the station at 9:16 a.m. [Tuesday], the train had arrived and they talked to a passenger in the coach section who said that while he was trying to sleep, Michael was (performing a sex act) in the seat next to him," the police report stated, according to the Orlando Sentinel. "The witness said Michael then got up while still exposed and walked down the aisle to the bathroom to finish the act, passing by a small child along the way who appeared to be around 3-years-old. Michael's explanation was that his covers were moving back and forth because his stomach was itchy."

Michael was arrested and taken to the Volusia County Jail in Daytona Beach, where he was held on $20,000 bail, WFTV reported.
