A 69-year-old Florida man was arrested after he allegedly pulled up to a McDonald’s drive-thru without pants and attempted to get a female employee to touch him as he masturbated, according to a police report obtained by the Smoking Gun.

Steve Orville Clemons is facing a misdemeanor battery charge for the alleged incident, which police said took place at a Wildwood, Fla., McDonald’s around 5:40 p.m. Sept. 21.

“When the defendant was at the window the cashier turned to him to give him his change when she realized that he did not have any pants on and was masturbating at that time as well,” the probable cause affidavit stated. “The defendant grabbed the cashiers [sic] hand and attempted to pull her hand into his vehicle. The cashier was able to pull her hand back from his and shut the window.”

The cashier then called 911, according to the Smoking Gun. The report said Clemons was then arrested and taken to a Sumter County jail “without incident.”

The 69-year-old posted bail, the website reported. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 9.

A black, mentally challenged Florida man was allegedly robbed of his Grand Theft Auto V video game by a couple who intended on robbing a white person, according to a police report of the incident.

The robbery occurred around 4 p.m. Monday at a McDonald’s parking lot in Delray Beach, Fla., where the victim, 21-year-old Rohan Dawkins, was allegedly punched and kicked by 25-year-old Adele Jones as Tommy Davis, 27, grabbed GTA V and drove away, according to the Delray Beach Police Department report obtained by the Smoking Gun.

Davis allegedly confessed to the robbery when he was brought to a police station for questioning, according to the report. The 27-year-old claimed he committed the robbery to help finance a tire purchase. Police believe the game was sold to a third party.

“Mr. Davis was very apologetic and offered to pay the victim for the game,” the report stated. “He stated that he stole the property because he needed new tires for a car. He later confessed to trying to sell the game in Boynton Beach as alleged by the [GameStop] store manager Chris Kenny.”

Davis’ confession was allegedly backed up by Jones, who said the pair went to the Boynton Beach Mall to try and sell the best-selling video game.

Police said the 25-year-old said she knew that she and Davis “were going to GameStop to do a ‘lick,’ which to her means to ‘catch a cracker,’ which is slang for robbign a white person.

“She stated that she knew Tommy Davis was stealing something when the victim opened the door [of the car] to get his property back,” the report continues. “She states that she fought the victim until Mr. Davis was able to drive away in the car. Ms. Jones also advised us that they went to the Boynton Beach Mall to try to sell the stolen game.”

Davis was charged with strong arm robber and dealing in stolen property, according to the report. Dawkins was not hurt in the incident.

London’s Metropolitan Police Service said it arrested two unnamed men in connection with a break-in at Buckingham Palace Sept. 2. According to officials, one of the suspects scaled a fence outside the palace, the Guardian reported.

Scotland Yard did not reveal exactly where this suspect was found, but it did say he was in an area that is normally open to the public during the day. The first suspect, 37, was arrested for burglary, trespassing and criminal damage. The second suspect, 38, was arrested outside the palace for conspiracy to commit burglary.

A complete security review has been launched to investigate the incident. But officials believe the first suspect kicked down a weakly secured door and entered one of the 19 state rooms in the palace.

“Police arrested two men following an incident in the vicinity of Buckingham Palace at approximately 22.20 hrs on Monday, 2 September,” the Guardian quoted a Scotland Yard representative as saying Saturday. The rep added that both suspects “have been bailed to return to a central London police station and enquiries continue.”

No members of the British royal family were in the residence at the time of the break-in.
