Los Angeles Dodgers star Carl Crawford is reportedly engaged in a heated custody dispute with his baby mama, Amy Freeman.

Crawford, 32, is reportedly seeking to bar Freeman from moving to California, TMZ reports. Freeman is the mother of Crawford’s nine-year-old son and five-month-old daughter.

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, Crawford claims that his baby mama uprooted their family from a home in Arizona under the pretense of moving the children closer to their father in California. Crawford asserts that Freeman only wishes to live in California due to the state’s more favorable child support laws, which would enable her to demand a larger share of the MLB star’s earnings.

Freeman reportedly took the couple’s young daughter out of school and placed her Arizona home on the real estate market, TMZ reports. If Crawford’s legal maneuvering is successful, a judge may rule Freeman must stay out of California.

This isn’t the first time that a professional athlete has accused an estranged significant other of attempting to manipulate child support laws. In May, Los Angeles Lakers star Steve Nash accused his ex-wife, Alejandra Amarilla, of a similar move, TMZ reports.

Regardless of the outcome of the legal proceedings, the leaked court documents may have implications on Crawford’s rumored relationship with reality television star Evelyn Lozada. Earlier this month, the “Basketball Wives” star revealed that she was six-months pregnant with Crawford’s child. However, the court documents claim that Freeman is five-months pregnant by Crawford, and it’s unclear if Lozada is aware of that situation.

In 2010, Crawford signed a 7-year, $142 million contract with the Boston Red Sox. He was traded to the Dodgers in the middle of the 2012 MLB season.

New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter is one of the most recognizable athletes in the world, but a new report may reveal how the baseball star manages to keep his infamous love life out of the tabloids.

In addition to his New York City apartment, Jeter maintains a 30,875-square-foot mansion in Tampa, Fla., the New York Post’s Page Six reports. Local residents have reportedly dubbed the palatial estate “St. Jetersburg,” while visitors are expected to adhere to Jeter’s strict emphasis on privacy.

A source told Page Six that the Yankees star reportedly enforces a “no camera or phones” policy for visitors. “He points and says, ‘Phones go there,’ so no one can take pictures inside his house,” the source said.

For Jeter, the policy makes sense, especially given his propensity to date the world’s most beautiful and famous women. The 37-year-old has been linked to Minka Kelly, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson, and several other celebrities, but details on each of those relationships were scant, and he managed to maintain a spotless reputation in the process.

This is hardly the first time that a quirk associated with Jeter’s personal life was fodder for public speculation. In November, a viral Reddit thread entitled “Former groupies of Reddit” produced several unconfirmed anecdotes regarding the shortstop’s habits. More than one of these posts claimed that Jeter repeatedly says “Yeah Jeets” during sexual encounters.

In 2011, the Post talked to a source who said that the future Hall of Famer leaves gift baskets for women after bedding them. “Derek has girls stay with him at his apartment in New York, and then he gets them a car to take them home the next day. Waiting in his car is a gift basket containing signed Jeter memorabilia, usually a signed baseball,” the source said.

Alleged Jameis Winston Rape Victim Photo? Winston's Accuser Is Not Blonde Woman In Nightclub Photo, Report Says [PHOTO] getdiscountz.blogspot.com

The alleged rape victim of Florida State University quarterback Jameis Winston is not pictured in a nightclub photo that has gone viral on the Internet, despite rumors to the contrary.

In the photo, Winston dances with an unidentified blonde woman at a Tallahassee, Fla., nightclub. TMZ obtained a copy of the photo, which can be viewed here. However, the website has confirmed that the blonde woman is not Winston’s accuser.

According to TMZ, the accuser’s lawyer confirmed that both she and Winston’s alleged rape victim had seen the photo, and could definitively state that she is not present in the picture. The lawyer reportedly said that the blonde woman “is definitely not her.”

Furthermore, sources close to Winston’s accuser claim that she had never met the Heisman Trophy candidate until Dec. 7, 2012, the night that the alleged sexual assault took place, TMZ reports. Meanwhile, neither Winston nor his representatives have released a comment on the photo.

The report regarding the alleged Winston accuser photo came out just hours after TMZ confirmed that the unnamed woman has left Florida State University. According to the website, the woman had attended classes as recently as last week.

On Wednesday, a report from a Florida crime lab revealed that a DNA sample that Winston had provided to authorities matched a DNA sample taken from the victim’s underwear shortly after the alleged sexual assault took place, ESPN reported. While the report does not provide definitive proof that Winston raped the woman, it does confirm that some sort of sexual encounter, consensual or otherwise, took place. The odds that the DNA sample taken from the victim’s underwear matches someone else are reportedly 1 in 2.2 trillion.

Shortly after the Winston’s DNA test results were released, the college football star’s attorney held a press conference, TMZ reports. The attorney confirmed that Winston and his accuser had engaged in a sexual encounter, but stated that it was consensual.

Two Oakland University basketball players were arrested on Thursday for allegedly raping woman in Los Angeles.

Law enforcement sources revealed that Duke Mondy, 23, and Dante Williams, 20, were arrested at a motel in Culver City and booked for rape, TMZ reports. The college basketball players were reportedly targeted by a “SVU investigation” based on accusations made by a woman in her early 20s.

In the early hours of Thursday morning, the alleged female victim, whose name has not been released, dialed 911 and told police that she had just been raped in the Culver City motel, TMZ reports. While details on the alleged rape are scant, police felt that they had enough evidence to arrest Mondy and Williams. They are each being held on $100,000 bail.

Mondy and Williams were reportedly in Los Angeles for Oakland’s game against UCLA on Tuesday night, TMZ reports. Oakland lost the game, 91-60.

In addition to the legal implications, Mondy’s arrest for rape representatives a significant setback in terms of his NBA aspirations. He led all Division I men’s basketball players in steals last season, and likely had an outside shot of being selected in the 2014 NBA Draft. The loss of Mondy and Williams will also severely damage Oakland’s standing in the Maui Invitational tournament, which begins on Friday night, TMZ reports.

This isn’t the first time that Mondy has run into trouble over his off-court antics. He began his college basketball career with Providence, but was kicked off the team in 2011. The Michigan native was once associated with the felony assault of Providence student, but was never charged with a crime.

Suspended Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito has received a ton of bad publicity in recent weeks, but his former girlfriend insists that he’s not a bad person.

Madison Yates, a 26-year-old woman from Missouri, reportedly met Incognito in her home state while he was still a member of the St. Louis Rams, Miami Herald tabloid column Gossip Extra reports. When Incognito signed with the Dolphins in 2010, his alleged former girlfriend followed him to Miami, ultimately taking a waitress job at a Fort Lauderdale bar called American Social.

Gossip Extra initially reported that Yates had broken up with Incognito due to his “temperamental ways.” However, in a follow-up email to the gossip website, Yates praised her rumored ex-boyfriend.

“Richie was nothing but kind to me and a great friend,” Yates wrote, according to Gossip Extra. The waitress refused to comment on the specific reasons behind their breakup, or provide any further information.

Since breaking up with Incognito, Yates has purportedly returned to Missouri, Gossip Extra reports. A photo of Incognito’s girlfriend can be viewed here.

Meanwhile, Incognito remains at the center of the NFL’s latest hazing scandal. The 30-year-old veteran stands accused of playing a major role in the bullying of teammate Jonathan Martin, which culminated in the second-year player’s decision to leave the Dolphins.

Incognito allegedly directed racial slurs at Martin on a regular basis, including a notable voicemail in which he referred to his teammate as a “half-n-----.” Ultimately, the Dolphins decided to suspend Incognito until the bullying allegations can be fully investigated.
