A 60-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly was seen wearing only a thong and pulling the underwear aside to expose his genitals to children.
Paul Francis Nett was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition and taken to the Bay County Jail after a mother of one of the children told officers Nett was only wearing a thong and showed his genitals to children outside his Panama City home, the Panama City News Herald reported Saturday.
Nett allegedly exposed his genitals to the children while they were walking home on Saturday. A mother of one of the kids also witnesses the incident and reported it to police.
