A prospect in this year’s upcoming NFL Draft decided to leave the league’s scouting combine this weekend due to religious reasons.

Adam Muema, a former attendee of San Diego State University, left the NFL combine before participating in running back drills, the San Diego Union Tribune reports. The 21-year-old said that he was “Following God” when he decided to skip out on the traditional pre-draft workouts.

The running back claims that God told him that he’d be drafted by the Seattle Seahawks if he left the combine. “[God] told me to sit down, be quiet, and enjoy the peace,” Muema told the Union Tribune.

Muema also told the Union Tribune that he communicates with God through numbers. “Can’t go wrong with God,” he said.

He may have missed the NFL combine, but teams will still have the opportunity to scout Muema before April’s NFL draft. The former San Diego State star will participate in the school’s pro day in March.

Muema is currently ranked as the draft’s 30th-best running back prospect, CBS Sports reports via NFLDraftScout.com. He is projected to be taken anywhere from the fourth to the seventh round.

In three years at San Diego State, Muema amassed 2,955 rushing yards—the fourth-most in school history—as well as 34 touchdowns, CBS Sports notes. However, Seattle doesn’t appear to be a great candidate for his services. In addition to perennial All-Pro running back Marshawn Lynch, the defending Super Bowl champions have youthful backups in Robert Turbin and Christine Michael.
