The SEC is the best conference in college football as the 2013 season approaches. Alabama is the two-time defending national champs, and are the favorites to win it for a third straight year. However, they will be challenged by several teams who have a chance to contend for a BCS title.

SEC Championship Odds: +600

Texas A&M 2012 Record 11-2 (6-2)

Prediction: 9-3 (5-3)

SEC Championship Odds: +800

Florida: 2012 Record 11-2 (7-1)

An improved offense should give the Gators a chance to win the East. Their biggest obstacle is having South Carolina and Georgia in their way.

Prediction: 10-2 (6-2)

SEC Championship Odds: +900

LSU: 2012 Record 10-3 (6-2)

Ole Miss: 2012 Record 7-6 (3-5)

SEC Championship Odds: +10000

Kentucky 2012 Record 2-10 (0-8)
