A Florida man who was allegedly seen masturbating inside a West Palm Beach DMV office last month has been allegedly caught touching himself again in late November – this time at Palm Beach International Airport, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Edward Michael Alvin, 34, of Palm Springs, Fla., is facing four counts of indecent exposure after he was allegedly caught masturbating in the arrivals area of Palm Beach International Airport on Friday night, the paper reported. He was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail and released on his own recognizance Sunday.
According to a police affidavit of the latest incident, Alvin was “acknowledging that he [has] a problem” to a sheriff’s deputy on the scene.
Friday’s indecent exposure arrest was the second time Alvin was allegedly caught masturbating in public. He allegedly exposed himself Nov. 8 in the lobby of a Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles office in West Palm Beach.
In that incident, witnesses, including an off-duty Delray Police Department officer, saw Alvin masturbating. The 34-year-old reportedly wouldn’t stop touching himself even after the officer ordered him not to continue the act.
Besides indecent exposure, Alvin was also arrested back in July after he allegedly stole his ex-boss’ car and crashed it while drunk. He was ordered to pre-trial diversion in that case.
