Glamorous and playful cocktail dresses and red carpet show stoppers were the highlight of Reem Acra’s spring 2014 collection at New York Fashion Week. Acra played with different fabrics, contrasting prints and proportions to give her girl a playful collection focused on the night life with their strongest color being black.
Backstage we spoke to the designer who shared with us what her inspiration was and who the Reem Acra girl walking the runway for spring 2014 is. Acra who is well known for her glamorous bridal collections, also revealed who she has a style crush on and what’s next for her label in terms of its expansion.
