The alleged mistress of troubled NBA free agent Lamar Odom claims that she witnessed the 33-year-old using crack in her apartment.
Polina Polonsky, a 33-year-old criminal defense attorney, claims that she spent six weeks with Odom earlier this summer, TMZ reports. Odom’s alleged mistress claims that he smoked crack and took other drugs while staying at her apartment. Radar Online has pictures of Polonsky, which can be viewed here.
According her account, Polonsky first met Odom in June at Hollywood’s Roosevelt hotel and became his mistress, TMZ reports. The 33-year-old claims that Odom spent six weeks at her apartment doing an assortment of drugs, including crack cocaine. Moreover, Polonsky claims that the drug use caused Odom to become paranoid.
“I would leave him my laptop at home oftentimes and he would call me using my Skype, but he was hesitant to do that,” Polonsky told TMZ. “He would take the battery out of his phone. He thought he was being tracked, that there was a GPS device on his car as well.” Odom’s alleged mistress also claims that he would cover up smoke detectors in her apartment with paper towels.
Polonsky also claims that her affair with Odom came to an end when his wife, reality star Khloe Kardashian, came to her apartment in July to retrieve him. Shortly thereafter, the criminal defense attorney claims that she received a series of text messages from Odom, in which he called her a “groupie, junkie…crack head.” However, Polonsky believes that Kardashian, not Odom, was responsible for the messages.
The 33-year-old added that she believes that Odom’s apparent crack cocaine use grew far worse after he left her apartment in July. “He looks like he’s lost at least 20, 30 pounds since he left my place,” Polonsky told TMZ, referencing several photos that show an emaciated Odom traversing Los Angeles.
Odom’s alleged affair with Polonsky came to light in August, when the attorney revealed details of their tryst to Star magazine. “I was under the impression that he had left Khloe and that’s why he was living at the Roosevelt,” she told Star. “He acted completely available and we definitely had mutual attraction.” Polonsky verified her claims by allegedly passing a polygraph test.
Polonsky also described her alleged encounter with Kardashian in greater detail. “I told her to leave, but she refused. I called the front desk and asked them to call the police because I was so scared, but no one ever came,” Polonsky said. “While Khloe was screaming outside the door, Lamar was calling people to come and get her. She was out of control.
