Authorities will be briefing the media shortly on the U.S. Navy Yard Shooting in Washington, D.C., in which four people were believed to have been shot dead Monday morning. Details of the incident are sketchy, with the number of casualties and deceased victims rapidly changing. Also unclear are the number of shooters believed to have been behind the shooting, with reports indicating that two or three shooters might have been responsible for the incident.
