George Zimmerman has resurfaced for the fourth time since being acquitted of second-degree murder and manslaughter for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Zimmerman was pulled over and ticketed for speeding while driving in a gray Honda Ridgeline truck in the town of Lake Mary, just outside Orlando, Fla., on Tuesday morning. He was driving 60 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone, Lake Mary Police Department said.

Reuters reports that the ticket carries a fine of $265 and three points against his driver’s license. In Florida, 12 points results in a suspended license.

Lake Mary police offier said Zimmerman’s behavior toward the officer who pulled him over was “very appropriate.” He has the option of paying the fine, contesting the ticket or taking driver improvement classes to void his violation points and decrease the fine, according to Reuters.

This isn’t the first time Zimmerman has been busted for speeding. On July 28, he was pulled over in Forney, Texas, near Dallas. In that instance, he had a legal firearm in his glove box.

Zimmerman popped up just days after the not-guilty verdict to rescue a family from an overturned SUV near Sanford, Fla. He was also spotted shopping for a Kel-Tec KSG tactical shotgun in Cocoa, Fla in late August.
