Minor league baseball players with the San Francisco Giants organization were involved in an accident when their van collided with another vehicle in Arizona Tuesday morning, injuring four people.

It’s unclear whether any of the four injured were players, but the San Francisco Chronicle reported that the casualties were “people affiliated with the club.”

The Giants prospects were in Scottsdale, Ariz., for training camp, Scottsdale Police Sgt. Mark Clark told the Arizona Republic. Twelve prospects were in the van.

The van carrying Giants prospects was involved in a collision with a Kia Tuesday morning. The driver of the Kia was not injured in the wreck.

Four people were taking to a Scottsdale Hospital, with one of the injured being admitted to the trauma center. The trauma center patient is expected to survive his injuries, according to the Chronicle.

The Scottsdale Crash closed a local road for more than an hour, according to Scottsdale police.

The Giants hold their year-round training activities in Scottsdale and play Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium.
